Our Story

After years building precision capital equipment at a leading capital equipment OEM, our founders kept seeing the same problem from the inside: companies with strong technology and real market traction couldn't find a manufacturing partner who actually understood what they were building. General contract manufacturers were too generic. Large design-build firms were too expensive and too slow to prioritize mid-sized programs. The gap in the middle was real, persistent, and underserved.

Fixyte Systems was founded to be the partner we always wished existed when we were on the other side of the table. Not a job shop that builds to drawings without understanding them. Not a 300-person enterprise where your 30-unit program competes for attention against programs ten times its size. A small, technically credible team that treats your equipment with the domain expertise, senior attention, and precision it deserves.

We are intentionally early-stage. We are deliberately focused. And we are building this company the way we would want it built — without shortcuts, without overpromising, and without taking on programs we cannot execute well. That is not a constraint. It is a competitive advantage.

Fixyte Systems was founded by engineers with extensive experience in precision manufacturing, automation systems, and complex capital equipment — from early concept through production and fielding.

Andrew Fahmi

Founder & CEO

As Founder and CEO of Fixyte Systems, Andrew leads a talented team of engineers dedicated to delivering precision manufacturing solutions. With more than 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, automation systems, systems engineering, and process engineering, Andrew brings deep expertise in the design and production of complex electro-optic and robotic systems for commercial and military applications.

His background spans system definition, prototype build, integration and test, and rapid transition to production and fielding. Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

How We Work

Technical Honesty

We tell you what is real. If your design has a manufacturability problem, we say so before we build it — not after. If your timeline is unrealistic, we say so. We would rather have a difficult conversation early than a failed delivery late.

Accountability

The engineers you meet are the engineers on your program. There is no bait-and-switch. No senior team that sells the work and hands it off to junior staff after contract signature. This is a consequence of our size — and how we intend to stay.

Quiet Excellence

We do not have a large marketing budget. We do not attend every trade show. We build our reputation the same way we build equipment — methodically, to spec, without cutting corners. Our best sales tool is a customer who received exactly what they were promised.

We are not trying to become a 500-person enterprise CM. We are trying to be the best precision capital equipment manufacturing partner for OEMs who need 10 to 150 units of something genuinely hard. That focus is intentional — and it is what makes us useful to the customers we actually serve.

The name reflects the mission. Fixyte — precision, resolution, getting it right. Systems — because we build integrated systems, not isolated components. The combination signals what we are: a company built around solving the hard manufacturing problems that other partners can't or won't take on.

We are based in the United States, operating domestically, with no offshore manufacturing. For our customers in defense, life sciences, and precision instrumentation, that is not just a preference — it is often a requirement. It is also simply how we want to build the business.
